I don't know how to tell you what is on my head without it seeming like I am being fraudulent. I did accept the payment but not for those domains. I wish I had saved the conversations I had with Alex. Alex was trying to get me to talk down the prices and I finally told him that I wasn't going to be able to do this. The reason the funds are still in the account are merely for the reason stated.

As far as Albert. The agreement was that he was to build my links. My links haven't been built. I know this because I check things quite frequently. I may be whatever you want to call me but I am not about being pulled a fast one. I asked for specific links. I also stated a few times that when he needed to get paid, the best way was to send me an invoice. It goes to my email and I see my email everyday. I know this may sound harsh and that's not my intention, but I have no time sitting around trying to remember $50.00 a week. That's why I have Bill Pay set up. You guys should relate to this.
All money will be brought back to Alex, I should have done it at the beginning but I was hoping I could get the names sold. I had one client who was in a dire pinch to get his name sold. You ever have those people where they are like "c'mon, just do it. Go do this."
I am not manipulative, maybe a nut at times, and I try to hard. Overcompensate would even be a good word to use.

As far as Sedo, I no longer have access to my account, it was hacked. I have just not updated the name servers. it's a common mistake, getting overwhelmed and not completing all the tasks.
I have a pending contract with a local buyer on RNR.COM which they have seen this thread and on Friday tried to call Dale to let him know my intentions and theirs.
I got in over my head, I tried to do too many things at once. I didn't listen to Don's (biggedon) when he tried to give me advice.
I really don't want to lose my membership and I am willing to fix everything that I have caused and I am willing to lose and hopefully someday gain my credibility back.

as far as the software, I created it and all the posts that I have written are accurate and true. I'll gladly give you my phone statements. I understand that people are mad and think that I am scamming, but I ask you to believe me that I am not here. I just took on too much and the foundation crumbled. As Chris has indicated, I need to fix these things and reformat my platform.

Alex still wanted the name we initially discussed, the LLL.COM (It was one, even I am not that stupid to know the value of these names) He wanted reseller price and I had a guy who was wanting to dump his name. In a dire crunch. I did dispute the charge and stated that he was buying the name from me. I should have just at that point refunded.
Another mistake by the infamous Patty.. I am sorry and I am willing to make things right. I called PayPal, they have told me that they have to finish their investigations. This has been a learning experience and I am willing to learn from it.
I have brokered names. It's something I like to do and I am good with it.

Since you brought it up, Her username alone should of been a big red flag... She knew the majority of members here were Democrats, so she used a username that most of you would approve of.... Nice.
I found that very odd though, Patty went by the user name "Democrat" but never participated in political discussion, Which just adds to my belief that she used it to win members over.
Raider, I think that is the most asinine thing I have EVER heard. I am a huge democrat. I don't participate in political debates because I have a hot head. I used democrat because I own a few names with a geo and democrat at the end.
