Warning: PowerPipe is holding domains for ransom

The reason I'm asking is because I'm in the process of purchasing a domain that is with Powerpipe; I need to know if they are still problematic or not. Thanks in advance.

Has google produced any Powerpipe results?

They've fixed the issue. You are now able to unlock domains yourself.

You can't, however, push domains between accounts.
