It would be nice to see more info on the site about how it works.
What time of day the auction starts, and so on.
Right now its sunday morning 11:08AM PST, and it says the auction
for SpywareHelp.com ends in 4 minutes. I dont get this. It ends at 11:12AM?
Which is 2:12PM, Eastern time. These are odd ending times. It could be
focused on some other geo i guess but it seems odd.

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the question.
Each auction starts at 1:00PM EST and will end at 2:00PM EST. The only time the auction ends AFTER 2:00PM EST, is when a bid is placed in the last remaining minutes of the auction. When this happens, the time is extended up to 5 minutes. So, depending on how many extensions there are -- the end time can change.
We cannot predict the end time, but the start time will ALWAYS be 1:00PM EST.
Thanks!
Sean
You state that all domains have to be held by Moniker before they enter sale. Do you have an account there for them to be pushed to, or does a seller have to transfer the domain to Moniker prior to sale?
Hi aZooZa,
Currently we are using a Moniker.com escrow account.
If a seller and Bido.com come to an agreement on a guarantee, and the seller completes everything needed in order for the domain to enter the Bido.com sale process (sign contract, etc), then it will be required that the seller pushes us the name.
Once the name is pushed, and then auctioned, we will take the money from the buyer and deposit it to the seller. Then the name is pushed to the buyer.
So in short, yes, the seller has to push the name to us first -- but there are contracts in place, etc in order to protect everyone who is involved during the process.
Thanks!
Sean
