I just sent out the last of the stats emails for today, this includes 2007-09-08. Tomorrow morning, the 9th, 10th and 11th will be available when you will be able to login again. I've had 4 hours of sleep in 72 hours, so until tomorrow.

I have to say, keeping us updated through this as Donny has been doing, has really helped.

Parked.com does have the best customer service in the parking biz.

I am so impressed with the communication Donny and the account managers have had to us. They really care and it's common sense if you take care of your people the people will take care of you. That is why I am very loyal to parked.com. When people ask for this forum and the other forums what is the best parking company, make sure all of us say parked.com

Hey all,

Just a quck update on what's going on. We're just about done processing the stats for the 9th and 10th, after which we will run today's stats up to this point. We won't be sending the 9th and 10th estimates because we want to concentrate on getting the site back up as quickly as possible. If all goes well, we're looking at getting the site back up around 12:00-12:30 pm (eastern time). We do appreciate all the support you guys have been giving us during this and your patience and apologize for all the trouble.

Hey,

I`m very happy with parked.com, too.
But the offtime was really long, 5 days isn`t a little problem or something.
But shit happens.
However, there is many money in the system - so everybody check the stats every day or every hour and not everybody has big trust that longtime members have.

If this forum wouldn`t be with some new information every day and the given trust from longtime members I would not have had much happy moments at the weekend.

So thanks to the forum members for the given trust.
