Well there is the ultimate success story Snapnames needs to keep selling a boatload of snaps (they may have devoted almost all of their resources to getting it for that very reason).

Can you imagine getting that name for the price of a snap?!

Snapnames got this name because their script just happened to be running at the right time on the right machine and the request was routed through the right channels at precisely the moment the name dropped. There is really no magic in this people. There is not a huge amount of difference in the way that all of the pros scripts operate. Only one person can get any one name when it drops. It just so happens that Snapnames was that one person this time around. No conspiracy, no special powers no super amazing technology. They were simply in the right place at the right time.

I am sorry if this seems too simple to be true but that is usually the way the truth operates.

SnapNames has an incredible amount of bandwidth, and it makes sense that they would allot much more than the usual for ad.net.
