"The .ST street domain is the only global top-level domain that emphasizes on geographical address.
This makes it possible to protect and market both the “virtual name” one prefers, and on the same time
the actual physical address of a company or a private individual."

These are some of the names I purchased this past week. This is the "gold" I found...

www.Adult.St
www.Wireless.St
www.Digital.St
www.University.St
www.LasVegas.St
www.Comedy.St

How would you like to be at the intersection of Wireless & Digital??? :-D

note: There are literally hundreds still available... It's kind of a tough thing to do when you are grabbing names, and you know you are leaving GREAT ones behind... It was like walking around on a beach no one has ever stepped foot on before.

like:

www.Pet.St
www.Tax.St
www.Credit.St
www.Loan.St
www.Wet.St
www.Search.St
www.Tickets.St
www.Nude.St
www.Traffic.St
www.Lesbian(s).St
www.Investor.St
www.Inventors.St
www.Hollywood.St
www.Advertising.St
www.Affiliate.St
www.Hawaii.St
www.Horror.St (nightmare on elm St?---I wanted this one, but I passed)
www.Entertainment.St

and too many others to name:

www.weightloss.st
www.diet.st
www.spanish.st
www.jewish.st
www.jew.st
www.Broker.St
www.Children.St
www.Family.St
www.Government.st

Ok... You get the point... I'm posting this info for those that believe in "brandable" extensions. You can do a search for Dot ST names by going to www.nic.st. Go easy if you do buy some names. Like all these names, such as .ws you have to develop them to create value. However names like www.Tax.St and www.Loan.St have inherent undeveloped value in them....

Oh...one more thing.. Not a big deal, but I thought it was interesting that "Intel" would have their "street" address up and not their "u.s" one:

www.Intel.St

The internet is about visiting "virtual" addresses. Is it such a bad thing then to have a "street" address? Especially when you own www.Adult.St :-D

My logos will be a distintive "Street" sign. Especially the corner of www.Wireless.St & www.Digital.St

Good luck!!!:-D

Yeah.... I betcha I couldn't even sell www.Adult.St for reg fee. You know how "particular" porn operators are about their names they buy. And, from a marketing perspective, who would ever envision a "street" named for "adults" surfing the 'net?

And University.St?? WTF is that all about. I mean who ever heard of a "street" named "Unversity.St" (ooops, almost all universities in the states have at least one). Damn those online "unversities" too.

What a fool you would be to put up "street" names on the internet!! That's too big a stretch of the imagination. Especially when only 290 million american's live on one.

The corner of "Digital & Wireless".... Get the heck out of here!!! and Comedy.St (fagettttaboutit!!)

Weather.St was available when I stumbled across these names on 10/31/03. I didn't buy it because I didn't think I'd use it. Then on 11/6/03 I figured: "What the hell, it's a "Weather" name" --At worst I could try to use it as a "Travel Weather Site". When I went to reg it, it was too late, some guy in the US bought it 11/05/03.

None that I could find. Even at $35 a name the ones that are "still" available are undoubtedly worth it (but in limited quantities---I wouldn't go all out---I stuck with the six best that I could find).

btw: I'm almost certain Godaddy will be on board at some point in time if you want to wait.

Anywhere to reg them with paypal ?

Bid--- Short answer is no and no. This is "virgin" space right now. I'm sure godaddy will jump on board at some time though. Would have been nice to reg a few more at a cheaper price, however I am very happy to have gotten the names that I did so everything worked out in the end.

Let us know how it works out for you. That's really a good name Darren!

I'm hoping to have my "streets" up here next month. I'll probably get www.Comedy.St up first. Sell comedy videos, etc.

Digital & Wireless will go up together. Am going to have a professional logo done up for the "sites".

University.St will be an affiliate site for online schools

and finally www.Adult.St will go up last.
