Rock, you should set the background of your pages to white
not everybody has 'white' as the default color (of the browser)

-It says for payment disbursal via paypal to contact support. In that case is it via masspay or regular. also any extra charges involved in this.

-Also for paypal as disbursal method is it limited to US only buyer/seller [as in escrow.com ] or can the domain seller be from other countries (in my case india)

-lastly is a 3 way transaction involving broker possible. (buyer pays EscrowDNS > EscrowDNS cuts fees and pays out the remaining > part to seller + part to broker as per the % agreed upon )

We do not pay via masspay unless your buyer pays via PayPal, otherwise it is a regular paypal payment. There are no other fees involved besides escrow fees and the buyer can be from anywhere. A 3 way transaction is very possible and we do it all the time, you'll need to contact support directly for this type of transaction.

Throughout the past few months I've had people PM'ing me regarding the identity verification processes when paying via Credit card and PayPal. There's nothing I can do to waive these forms for you. I understand that people like their privacy but when paying through these highly risky methods requires us to verify you are who you say you are and that you own the account or credit card. If you're not able to do this you will need to choose another payment method.

To date, I have had over 40 people call our office saying their credit card or paypal account was stolen and that the hacker attempted to purchase a domain name through us but that we denied them. This is the reason we have those safeguards in place.

As noted in the email today that was sent to our members:

We recently moved up the street to 526 S 8th Street, still in Sheboygan, WI.

We have now setup a new toll free customer support number: 1 (877) 726-2747

We also now have a toll free fax number: 1 (877) 290-8752

All of our previous numbers still work and everything will be updated on the site and forms by the end of the week.

I appreciate all the safeguards and policies in place.

At first, my buyer did not. But I think we will both continue to do business together as it only lends itself to an added layer of security, which means added confidence with each other.

At first he was not too happy but now he fully appreciates all the measures in place and has seen first hand how much more secure this service is over paypal.

In the end, I think you will have two more satisfied customers - and repeat clients.
