I routinely get an email message from my credit card processor's fraud department 1-3 days after the order has been placed recommending that I veryify the details ...
So if it was fraud I could ask customer to kindly return me the goods. "Smart" move...

And to the best of my knowledge, I have never had a customer complain about the fact that I called to validate the details and validate that they actually placed the order ...
Try to ask them for faxedpermission to charge their card, passport copy, credit card copy. Also they need to answer your quesitons like why their card is issued in Texas and they paid from New York, why they sign their email "Have a nice day--Joe" while their name is Joseph and more questions like that, and maybe they WILL mind. I stated correct telephone number and address, but they did not just call, they asked for all those plus more !

post your credit card details, phone numbers and addresses ... I am sure there are businesses that wouldn't take the time to check <grin> ... however, I will always protect both your interests and mine ...
I OF COURSE DID SO ! Address, phone number, all was CORRECT and working.

It seems you have little of a clue of their business plan. I suggest you read their mission statements etc.
Well, that must be hell of a plan to register and than offer for $500 domains like "TemperatureControlledPackaging.com " - they have hundreds of thousands domains like this, 3-4 word combination OVT WITHOUT extension 50~300. Everybody could take 1-2 mils and register a lot of such crappy domains too. And than claim "I am the top 5 biggest domain owner in the world".

customers are given one weeks notice and will be paid for earnings up until this date
Oh boy, if there is hell for liers, you'll end-up there. You cancelled my parking in one second for reason "because they potentially infringe upon registered trademarks".
When I logically opposed, that all those domains has been added by Fabulous person, therefore reviewed, because it was 4.0 premium parking, you changed to "it was 30 days trial.....I don't feel that [the domains] meets our minimum requirements".
So at least 2 lies (I could probably find more if I read emails from Fabulous carefully) - no 1 week notice but immediate (I bet you will find somewhere in TOS, that this 1 week notice is not valid for "trial accounts") and lie in reasoning.
I am quite confident even the second reason was artificial, as during my research of domains I find so many incredible shit parked @ Fabulous, I have to laugh. I will start to post the most blatant TM infrigment domains parked and owned by Fabulous so you will have to eat your words again and again. I do not like hypocrites and big-heads.
