I also have taken screenshots hourly and taken printed copies of the earnings since I first set up my domains.. My CLICKs were LEGIT... No bots not nothing... Smart advertising was all and you go and cancel my domains because of what?.. The fact that You now owe me earned money? After reading the forums at DNFORUM.COM I want you to know that I am not happy with this and You have one chance here to rectify this or I too will happily jump on board with them in a class action suit...

Answer the following questions in detail please

When do I get paid
How much do I get paid
Why exactly are you cancelling the domains (With proof of fraudulant Clicks)

If I do not see payment sent on the 4th as you claim the domain removal date is and it be for all earnings up until then I will post that also.. You are crippling your business in a very fast way considering that more and more people are starting to care and get it known in and around domain sites that you are ripping people off for thier money.. I suggest you rectify asap..

The only way this is going to go away for you is if you pay me on time and you pay the full ammount owed and you don't remove my domains for your so called explanation..

Good job guys.. you are sinking your own business .. Pretty soon NO ONE is going to give you domains and you are going to be stuck with your advertisers.. or perhaps your advertisers will jump ship on you and move somewhere to someone who can truly provide..

I think you just realized I had a smart way to advertise therfor was earning income and more than average because i know how to market so you close my account...

We are looking for type in domain name traffic or in other words primary traffic. Primary or domain name type in traffic is proven to be a great source of high quality traffic.



By placing a link on a page you will get clicks and we are not disputing this, but the quality of that traffic compared to primary traffic is a lot less and therefore we do not wish to receive this traffic.



Of interest to you maybe be our Terms and Conditions, http://www.fabulous.com/index_agreement.htm , which you accepted when you signed up to Fabulous.com.



As stated previously you will be paid for all earnings up until the 4th of November. The earnings for October will be sent out on the 10th of November and earnings for November will be sent out on the 10th of December.



You can go public and that is fine with me, as far as I can tell you can state:



- I will get paid for all of my earnings in terms of Fabulous.com terms and conditions

- The quality of my traffic did not meet the Fabulous.com requirements

As you wish I feel it is my duty to inform others of this .. Believe me your company is sinking itself.. I hope you feel comfortable with this decision because the voices are getting bigger by the day.. People are already going to your advertisers complaining .. I suggest you read some internet stuff and you'll note more and more customers are turning away and going towards sedo and others...

Primary traffic is one the most purist and highest quality traffic that can be found on the internet. (i.e.: Direct Navigation)



I totally agree with you that some customers are going to Sedo and other programs, the main reason for that is we only wish to have the best quality traffic go through our network.

Looking at further into your traffic I am very confused as to what you feel is good advertising. Below is an example of your advertising:

I guess the issue relates to what you think is good advertising.



If you go to the domain name- www.10buckblocks.com you will find a banner that reads: ‘Click This and Then Click To Win An XBOX 360!’



This banner links directly to your poker name- http://www.pokernight.cn/



This not only hurts our advertisers but it also hurts all other domain names owners as this type of traffic is extremely poor and therefore the advertisers are unable pay top dollar for the traffic.

My domains were seeing traffic long before parking at your FRAUD SYSTEM..

I have found that the people at Fabulous are all very professional. I appreciate that they do everything that they can to get rid of fraudulent traffic. There is no room in this business for people who want to cheat the advertisers. I am not making any judgments on the specifics in this thread. However, I know that there are many who are looking for ways to shortcut, cheat, etc. If that is all you can come up with, them Fab does not want your traffic. Neither do any of the other major PPC providers.

They have asked me to remove some domains, and I usually have and done so promptly. In a few cases, I have pointed out where I disagreed with their domain evaluation, and the Fab staff has usually been convinced that there was no TM problem.

It takes work and money to acquire good traffic domains today. If you are just getting into this, it is not really a get rich quick scheme, even though there is still a lot of money to be made.

Having read all the email exchanges you posted, I don't see the evidence backing up your claim that they "stole" from you.

In fact, they've explicitly said (several times) they will pay you for all past traffic according to their normal payment schedule (which is the 10th of the month; they pay like clockwork). How can that be interpreted as "stealing"? IF (and I stress the if) the payment date comes and goes and you don't get paid, you can perhaps claim AT THAT POINT that they are not paying you what you've been promised. But given we're still a good 10 days away from payday I don't understand your conclusion.

Not wanting to work with you anymore is NOT the same as stealing money owed to you!

Icing my account and revenue earning prior to the 4th is indeed stealing from me.. I don't see money in my paypal account.. so where is the money that my domains earned?...

Fabulous agreed to pay me revenues up until Nov 4th 2005 and at this time I don't see anything.. nor even have an account to log into so uh.. Where exactly is the 988 USD and if this is not theft... Then what do you call it?.. When they are withholding my revenue and pocketing advertising money from the advertisers at the same time this is INDEED theft and fraud.

I guess we will just have to wait and see if the authorities conclude they defrauded domain owners of money owed.. Since they used the domains to pocket advertiser's money and havent paid some of the domain owners for using the domains to earn revenue for thier own pockets..
I gave them ample opportunity to commit to paying what they owe... In return they ice the account..
They've already promised to pay the revenue .. and since I no longer have an account there I expect prompt payment.. I do however give a shit that they are doing this not only to me but other people as well.. LOOK AROUND.. it's not just me they've done this to hence the thread being 6 pages long/

Nonsense, pure and simple!

ANYONE - and I mean anyone - who has been with Fabulous for a while knows their pay schedule is to pay on the 10th of the following month for the previous month's earnings (used to be on the 15th but they moved it forward recently).

In other words, the money you earned October 1st through October 31st should be paid to you on November 10th, just like they will pay all their thousands of other partners on that day.

There is no reason at all why they should change their system just for you - it's the same for all their partners, large or small.

I can personally vouch for the fact they pay promptly since October 2003 - I'm sure others on this forum have payment histories going back even longer.

ok then Ill expect my payment on November 10th on time and prompt... It's been stated exactly how much is owed.. they've also claimed that they will pay.. So it's going to sit like this for ten days.. and since they do paypal on November tenth it better be there..

Edwin just because they haven't burned you YET doesn't mean it's not in thier future plans..

Whether you feel they've stolen from people or not the facts are right in this thread..

Further more .. I expect that some company who has the nerve to ice your account because you expose them would at least have the common sense to pay you up so you don't tell the world the truth..


I'd be willing to bet money that had I not made this post they had NO intention of ever paying just like the others..

I wouldnt be so quick to back them up.. as you can see there is plenty of cases here they have yet to explain.. people want answers and thier money.

It's that simple.. If they were a GOOD company.. people wouldn't be complaining of never being paid ..

It's real simple.. I'm no longer at thier parking.. I've moved every single domain because of this.. and they owe me 998.00 So how hard is it to pay that out .. If they wish to prove that they keep thier word now is thier chance... I read ALOT of bad things here way before I ever posted and I'm a little concerned that they were attempting to play the same hokey pokey on me too.. Hoping to sweep it under the rug.. well it didn't work.. and now it's right here in thier face... All I want is my earnings and I'll go on my merry way.. Thanks to this thread I already have places to park my domains..
