There's this name I want that's owned by a Realtor in Philadelphia ( Philly360.com ). I emailed and called several times offering him a trade for 2 of mine - PhillyRealty.net & PhillyRealty.org . No response. Is this a fair trade ? Especially for a philadelphia real estate agent ??? I talked to MY realtor and he told me flat out he'd give me $500 for both names (the .net/.org). But I said no, I'm gonna keep tryin to wrangle Philly360 outta this guy....

Opinions much appreciated....

There's a reason why you're not getting a response. Is it a fair trade? Not if the realty company already has Philly360.com branded.

That's what I was wondering, is it a fair trade ?

philly360.com is just a redirect to his realty site.

I don't think it matters if it's a fair trade if he doesn't want to sell. :)

If I own Philly360.com, I probably will not consider trading unless the domain is PhillyRealty.com. 360 is short and as brandable as Realty.

I agree plus, as meganerd said, they may already have Philly360.com branded, even if it is a redirect.

I wouldn't do the trade, Philly360.com has more potential uses than just real estate, and it's a .com

Why don't you entice the offer? Maybe some cash with the domains you offered if you really want it.

no matter what we think, ultimately it is what the seller thinks.

All domain owners think their domains are worth more than what is it worth. Especially, if they have been contacted by.
