There's this name I want that's owned by a Realtor in Philadelphia ( Philly360.com ). I emailed and called several times offering him a trade for 2 of mine - PhillyRealty.net & PhillyRealty.org . No response. Is this a fair trade ? Especially for a philadelphia real estate agent ??? I talked to MY realtor and he told me flat out he'd give me $500 for both names (the .net/.org). But I said no, I'm gonna keep tryin to wrangle Philly360 outta this guy....

I agree plus, as meganerd said, they may already have Philly360.com branded, even if it is a redirect.

if you search on philly360 you will see he is a photographer who has that domain to take panoramic views, such as those used in real estate.
