Well, this thread is about masterbucks right? There's no other company using masterbucks besides Epik so how would I not attach it to Epik only? It's not like GoDaddy stopped paying people.

Thanks. I guess since the forum is owned by Epik I expected I would be able to find some relevant updates here.

I stumbled on Trustpilot through some links on Twitter. Hard to know if that's all legit but it does seem to check out and it's not looking promising.

Now hoping for a good transfer deal to pop up so I can leave this all behind me without too much unnecessary expenses.

I'm sad now that nobody in the domain community will use NameLiquidate. I've made a lot of money back on there over the years.

I checked the more active domain forum and there's a pages long thread with complaints. Its insane. You should check it out.

Untill they give a proper explanation I will stop using Epik. I'd rather let a domain expire and go to Dropcatch or the likes than deal with the hassle of putting a lot of energy and time into receiving the odd couple of hundreds from masterbucks.

Same. It's not necessarily the actions I find as concerning as no communication with customers.

I already transferred out a lot of domains to NameCheap and Dynadot.

The rest I'll have to wait on. Black Friday and Cyber Monday should have a couple transfer deals in a month.

That podcast is so full of shit. I know a lot of Epik customers and none were sent a maintenance notice at all.

It also seems troubling to me that they don't seem to separate the funds received in escrow from their regular funding accounts or whatever.

I'm not even sure that's legal.

some of these people are owed 6 figure$ and i know a couple of them.

and as is, you are the only epik rep besides Brian who has posted or made any comments regarding this issue.
