I did not bid on any of these auctions indicated in this thread. Some I knew would get out of reach, out of hand.
I was not successful on any of my bids. And, yes, after my original proxy amount was reached, I had to enter new bids if I wanted to continue on.
Now, as I mentioned, I had place bids on 4 names, meaning I had x number of dollars to allocate amoung 4 names. As the auction went on, I then had to determine which ones I wanted to continue on with and which to drop out of. It ended up boiling down to chasing one. A strategy that sometimes works. Sometimes not. Because if you have your eye on the prize, then you may loose out on all.
So being that I was bidder 1, 2, or 3 and I ran up to my maximum amount but did not win, does that mean I was a fake bidder?
I just love the allegations made and expressed here. Does that mean every time I bid in a Sedo or Pool auction and win someone is a fake bidder against me? When I figure enough is enough and back out and lose, am I a fake bidder?
All of a sudden you and others are acting like this only goes on in a .mobi auction. What bullshit shallow thinking is that.
As for Sedo, I have had a total of 11 unpaid auctions in 2007, one currently running, one unpaid on Afternic. Each on was, SURPRISE! a .com.
So sashas, the only thing left to explain would be why you would refer to folks as mobi lovers which would infer that you are a mobi hater. That would seem to be the only thing left to explain.
