TTHosting the FACT is that you crossed the ethical line here , that is what you are not getting I guess, since you keep arguing why you are getting slammed.

Your first sales thread for the domain on 11/02 was grouped with other domains and the description on this domain read "although it is barred from Fabulous" , which WAS the ethical thing to do , that thread didn't bring a sale , so you edited the description and took that little bit of info out on 11/03. You then started another sales thread on this domain with a "read between the lines" description , a typical con job would have this type of description so the con thinks there is a defense - "buyer didn't ask" , in all honesty , do you see what you did?

You act like inflating traffic in the way you did is common practice by most or something, this is not common practice , selling a domain based on this kind of traffic around here is crossing the ethical line.

Here's a rule I use in ANY transaction. Regardless of the rights or wrongs I will ALWAYS back out a transaction if the sale goes sour for a buyer within 4-6 weeks of purchasing. NOTHING is worth my reputation. In addition, everyone that I deal with has had a very similar attitude. This means that the fine print on the terms is irrelevant (CPA/CPC etc) - just reverse the transaction and sell again. It also means that there are NO RIGHTS and WRONGS other than not going back to the initial state prior to the purchase. In a reversed transaction both parties end up with their reputations in tact and are able to do profitable business into the future.

That's my two bits worth :)

Wow, that thread just makes me smile :)

Its actually really sad TT is from one of my favorite places in the whole word (Vernon, BC) as I go skiing there every winter. I appologize on behalf of all British Columbian domainers - we are certainly not all like this.

Utter bullshit.. but anyhows.. Hey DrDomains.. If the FBI was doing an investigation why is it you are the one sending emails and not them. People aren't stupid you know.

.

You'll see.. They've already got all your info about your fraud attempt..

As for Nick ... on digital point.. Feel free to give him a call and spend an hour on the phone with him and tell me afterwards the guy is even sane...

Good luck with that.. we told the guy two years ago we didnt want his business.

If you are saying what I think you are saying, that's a pretty serious accusation.

On another note, I love it how everyone threatens legal action they will never pursue...
