TTHosting the FACT is that you crossed the ethical line here , that is what you are not getting I guess, since you keep arguing why you are getting slammed.
Your first sales thread for the domain on 11/02 was grouped with other domains and the description on this domain read "although it is barred from Fabulous" , which WAS the ethical thing to do , that thread didn't bring a sale , so you edited the description and took that little bit of info out on 11/03. You then started another sales thread on this domain with a "read between the lines" description , a typical con job would have this type of description so the con thinks there is a defense - "buyer didn't ask" , in all honesty , do you see what you did?
You act like inflating traffic in the way you did is common practice by most or something, this is not common practice , selling a domain based on this kind of traffic around here is crossing the ethical line.
