Because of what? You sent him your email address and stated you didnt care about the shady anture of the name prior to sending money.

Again why did you send it! It clearly states in that screen shot that you would not send the money until the name was in your posession!

So again why havent you tried to get your money back from domainp? You say you are out 3k but your not unless the guiy that defrauded you, domainp, refuses to give you your money. then you are out $3k.

I hope you get your money back just like I hope allen gets his name back. Just like I hope justice is done.

Either talk to domainp or forget about it. You have no gripe with attilio. He made a deal before you and whatever his deal was is absolutely none of your concern.

Im not looking for the money domainp already stated that this dude should have gave the domain back or transfered it to me but he wont its the best domain he ever saw in his hands and it will be the last when this is done copy that! talk about fraud im not on his side at least give "domainp his so called name back" he never had right all registrars handle stolen domains or missing domains he will be in trouble regardless of what many say here his domain dream will end, I think its a set up and someone here will be paying big time!

I know this is pure speculation on my part but here is what I see going on.

1. Domain P trys to sell a domain he may have attained illegally.
2. One guy smells a rat and backs out.
3. Domain P trys to make sure the next guy takes the bait by offering to transfer the domain BEFORE payment.
4. Once in possesion of the name, Attillo smells a rat and decides to hold it for the rightful owner.
5. Domain P panics that the possible scam is blown and brings OpenCG into the situation as his white knight.
6. Both OpenCG and Domain P try to get the domain back from Attilio NOT the money.

Now the question is how Domain P brought OpenCG into this? If its not the same person (different IPs), could these two have cut a deal on the side to get the domain back?

Ever notice how OpenCG never accuses Domain P and why he wont the answer the question about going after Domain P instead of Attilio? He says $3k is a lot of money but its funny how he worries about the domain only.

Well, not sure how you figure that??? You have to take up your issue with domainp not try and get a name via a third party as that is ridiculous.
I would be threatening domainp at this point. I have said it over and over and for some reason it just doesnt compute but your problem is with domainp and you can take whatever legal action you want or can afford but it will be a futile attempt and a waste of even more money.

Again. get your money back from domaip as he is in the wrong with regard to your transaction with him. No one else. Period.
