Open why againd did you pay in advance when you stated you wouldn't?

Wait the 24hrs and relax a bit. If there is nothing fraudulent then you are all set! Nothing could be easier! If there is a problem you get your money back from domainp

Good thing you don't live in Jersey..... The guys from the Bada Bing would be upset to hear you. (hehehe)

opencg - sounds like you and domainp breeched an agreement made between Attillo and domainp - so I think you two should beware as you are the ones who are outside the law.

It's all pretty cut and dry I think. DomainP pulled a scam, hoped to come here sell it off before the ink was dry on his cancelled check and disappear off into the night but got busted. opencg was willing to send funds before domain was sent and attilo wasn't so in order to get the second buyers funds he had to transfer the domain to attilo.

Domainp needs to refund opencgs loot as he made a deal with him which he knew he couldn't complete.

Seems open is another victim however he is misguided in thinking he is the owner of the name when he isnt. He is simply another victim of fraudperpetrated by domainp

AT, you promise to buy the domain for $3K. You get the domain and did not pay yet. In this case, you own domainp $3K. It's not a big deal. domainp has to go thru all the legal stuffs in order to take you to court and you may end up paying $3K plus some interest, but you get to keep the domain. But most likely things will be sorted out before domainp even contact a lawyer.

what bothers you?

Domainp if you're the rightful owner, you shouldn't be worried about it. You'll get your $3K soon.

OpenCG, if you have a good intention, you'll get the domain ultimately.

Good luck to you all.

Open it'snot your domain. Why is this not getting through to you. You are at best 2nd in line. This sucks but you basically got scammed by domainp since he couldn't make a deal with you as he had nothing to sell at the time.
You sent money when you said you wouldn't. Why? I have no clue but that's the long and short of it.

Wait until it all plays out or get your money from domainp. Have you tried that yet? Has he offered to give you your money since he cant transfer the name?

Open please post screenshots of your payment
you seem to be ignoring all requests for them
Also you seem to be ingorning questions asking you why you dont ask for a refund from the domainp

and domainpimp please posts those scans of that signed agreement you were talking about earlyer

everyone can talk and say they have things but without them they are worthless in court

opencg,

you're sounding to sound like a crybaby.

atti,

you are innocent here, if you "insist" on getting out of this mess, return the domain to the person you were buying it from

as far as the law........ what's the old saying...

"possession is 99% of the law"

;)

I'm sorry this is crap. You two bookends are playing this thread like a fiddle. Niether of you have responded with any proof of anything yet you continue to insist that you have been wronged in some way. Show the reciept for the $3000 bucks from opencg to domainp. Show the reciept for the original payment from domainp to wan for the domain. The only thing that's been seen according to Togoodhlth, who I have no reason to doubt, is the bogus echeck Allen Goldberg received for the name.

opencg & domainp show the paper trail or go away and feel lucky your not in any legal trouble.

Opencg,

I will not risk to break the law and be involed in a possible fraud.

I will pay a lawyer to represent me in this matter and I will do waht the law states in this cases, if the law say tha i Have to transfer the domain to Domainp or you rest assured I will do it in no time.

Thanks,
