Hey guys, let me clarify.
First of all, the ebay auction was posted by my usa friend. The next point is that I got this domain name from my friend living in USA - i've got a SIGNED CONTRACT with the seller (OpportunityMagic) and buyer (Everett Wan). I've got a signed contract of domain transfer from Wan to me. Anyone wants to see the documents?
The next point is that I don't understand where the matter of problem is. I legally got this domain name, I've recently mailed godaddy and they replied that domain is TOTALLY yours (my buyer) and that there are no actions that can stop your ownership. Does it mean that you've ripped me?

What else do you want to ask guys?

Awaiting a good answer

Well, you didnt pay for this domain. The seller didnt get any money for it, so its not "legally" yours.

I'll try to explain and give you some facts to think about:
1. I don't care that it was not legal, i got the domain from my friend from usa and my situating is like your.
2. GoDaddy mailed me and told me that the official domain owner is the guy who owns the account with domain. Why do I need to give the domain away if it's legally mine
3. I've got all contracts signed. I can scan and put the online tomorrow morning.

Any other questions guy? Please understand my position

the plot thickens...

clearly somebody is lying. either domainp or opportunity magic.

there is also the possibility that someone is not who they say they are.

all the elements of a good soap opera.

DomainP, The problem is that your friend may not had legal title (ownership) of the domain. Since the original transfer ownership of the domain was based on a financial transfer that did not go thru.

Therefore, the original contract may be void.

You need to select your friends carefully next time! You do not have the legal ownership because you or your friend did not pay the original owner.

Also can you explain how can you sell a name to Attilio for $3000 if you and your friend with a contract bought it from Allen for $4500 (or $7500 I am not sure)?

I'm writing to complain that all this hubbub about this situation is drawing the attention away from my 3 letter .com auction. If it helps, I'm considering making up a ficticious name and selling RMQ to myself and then listing it on ebay. Then I'm gonna buy it with another name and send myself a bad check. Then I'm going to re-post my auction here using yet a different name as a newbie and complain about the bounced check. Doc

How glad I am that Atillo isn't giving it back until all of this has been investigated. Can't wait to see your scans domainp but then too anything can be forged.

Opencg is a member here I retract my shield bidding statement. I read his post but not the member name. Sorry Opencg!

This pretty much sums it up.

... i got the domain from my friend from usa ...

Does your friend have a name? Phone number? Address? Why don't you provide Attilio with that information?

Of course, this question becomes rhetorical, when measured against your prior admission, "I don't care that it was not legal ..."

So .. domainp says he doesnt care if its legal. Furthermore, he has not commented about his cheque being cancelled - which means the previous owner did not get any of the money.

So what is there to doubt? Evidently domainp ripped the domain :/
