Million $ question. Kyle's lawyers change request for a mistrial from with prejudice to without prejudice, even after the discovering the prosecution sent a low resolution video to the defense, keeping the high resolution video.

Another question, was the "enhanced" evidence for prosecution take from the low res or high res version? The high res video played frame by frame destroys the prosecution argument.
