Pretty nice sale for a two-worder. Poker is one of the the best keywords of course. Congratulations to both buyer and seller. your thoughts?

Very hard to believe someone pays $160K for this.

I have a hard time believing most sales on sedo...just from past experience.

I've been in touch with some prestigious folks in the poker industry (although I suck at poker) and I can tell you the money is huge.

Maybe it's these guys: http://power9poker.com
They applied for a tm for "power 9 poker".

Just out of curiosity, what is the reseller of PowerPoker.com? Sales like this make me want to renew all of my crap poker domains.

Doesn't matter. It is worthless.

i agree

sites a pile of crap

its a low xx,xxx to right enduser, maybe 50k in the perfect storm as a good memorable, but imo this is silly money.

hope buyer has more sense than money but doubt it

As Acro mentioned, it could be Power9Poker.com or IMO more likely PaddyPowerPoker.com (which I always thought was a horrible name - PowerPoker.com would be worlds better).

i have better poker name for which i've got an offer of $7K in 2006 from an
end user (aussie gambling company) , but declined it. They refused to double
their offer. The sale like that reminds me i need a new wash machine.

$160,000 probably includes some type of sponsorship deal with the well-known poker pros attached to the site.
