Dude, listen closely. I run Club Drop for eNom. Registrars get a list of dropping domains, one list per day, for the five days of the pending-delete period. It is common knowledge that these lists are in the order that the domains drop. Most registrars publish them in alphabetical order for the ease of use of the customers, as drop-order is irrelevant to them. That's what we do on ClubDrop.com.
You either didn't make that call, aren't really a registrar, got a clueless person at Verisign, or didn't ask the question clearly.
