This graph is per sedo regarding the post above:
Here are a couple of my other typical high dollar domains:
The above example is very bothersome as this was a very high CTR or 45% plus until this past march. Nothing I did caused it to drop. Nothing I have been able to do can get it back to those levels:

Pre-January figures are like this also. In March when I started noticing a steep decline, I checked the site. Rather than the optimizing keywords that I chose, Sedo chose to place a portal style lander. Keywords were not optimized and non-relevant ads appeared.
I contacted Sedo and they said they did not do it. I have changed it and changed it. Guess what, it keeps reverting back to a portal site. Again, keyword optimization is ignored and non-relevant ads appear.
Its almost like they are saying, "what are you complaining about? You're making the same money". Sure, revenue wise there has not been much different from month to month.
But rather than enjoy the steady increase in traffic month after month and rather than see a continued 40-45% CTR, CTR is overall down nearly 75% of what it used to be which means my earning are about 25% of where they should be based on the earlier 2007 numbers and projections.
In other words, if I made $175.00 in August, it should be closer to $600-$700. If I am at $80.00 today, it should be closer to $300. Something has gotta give and it looks like it will be me giving someone else a chance at my business.
This domain is not an openly blatant adult domain name but does contain XXX in it. Doubtful I can move it to Bodis.com but I certainly like what I am experiencing there on many lesser performers and lower PPC domains.
You gotta love seeing CTR's in the 350%-500% range rather than a 10%-15% range.
Here is a medical specialty domain name, hand regged last year. Notice the yo-yo effect here. CTR up = PPC down in most cases.
Bouncing back and forth from a high as much as $9.58 (October 2006) to a low of $1.24 in August 2007. Up, down, up, down...96.4% US traffic, 40% direct type in
