Summary...

Question:

9MM, were you a partner of his? The conversation he posted shows that you knew the names were stolen and that you'd come clean only if someone found out.

Answer:

Long story really,...

To find out the rest of the story, fill in using tags located at bottom of page:

Are you serious? I just got a name from him, can you tell me more info about what's going on Alexander please?

Thanks

...I got another member to phone and Malorie answered and couldn't speak english that well but said yes to them being for sale. What's going on here!?

Could someone pls highlight how the domains were compromised and advice for all enom users / gmail email addy's to ensure that this doesnt happen to them.

I will have a lot to say about registrars and free accounts, who is being helpful and who is not, how hard / easy it was to reach them.

I was not supposed to quote these 2 posts...

But good to see anyway how bad of a liar you are 9MM.

Tell him that ****ed.com (f u c k e d.com) is currently in the hands of a very responsible DNF'er (not me sillies) - bdjuf, he will return it to the rightful owner after verification of who that is or whatever needs done.

I feel for the guy who just lost over $100, 000 though buying a different name from him.

It's a shame that malorie just said yes on the phone, else this wouldn't have happened.

Hopefully he can join here and explain the matter

]****ed.com he handed to me[/B] for helping him find a buyer for pornos.com and another smaller value name, i never gave him any cash for it but agreed to help him broker other names in the future if he decides to sell (at no charge)

was there anyone else here who had lost??

For those defending 9MM, heres his first contradiction, just two posts apart.

I too would be interested in a summary.

-=DCG=-

SUMMARY THUS FAR

1) Obviously the victims email was hacked ( He is now a member here and posted in this thread ). Several names were stolen which include pornos.com .

2) The hacker is clearly ALEXA THE TOP ( Iranian Hacker ) , there is debate as to 9MM ( Norman ) role in the actual theft however it can not be confirmed or denied he played a part.

3) ALEXA THE TOP and 9MM proceeded to shop the names in both public as seen here and in private.

4) There were members who eventually purchased names. Jayspot being one to the tune of $120,000 plus dollars ! That was for 3 names. Another member took control of a name from 9MM ( Norman ) in exchange for names he had but when the evidence came out did not push his names and is giving the name back to the rightful owner.

5) When the news eventually broke that the names were stolen a flood of information became available from those scammed into buying names and the theives themself.

6) We learned Jayspot made three seperate payments ( two of which the receipient is in debate between ALEXA and 9MM ) . One via escrow, one western union and one a bank wire ( Note the bank wire was to an Iranian man in Toronto by the name of Ehsan Mahpour. See Mahpour.com for whois information.

7) It is said Ehsan has confirmed receiving the payment for a " friend " and confirmed knowing 9MM and ALEXA THE TOP.

8) ALEXA THE TOP further confirmed his ties to Ehsan Mahpour by posting in this thread he just spoke with him and he is innocent in the matter. 9MM denies knowing Ehsan however Ehsan himself said he knew 9MM and ALEXA THE TOP was shocked 9MM denied it as well .

9) The issue then became getting the domains back to the rightful owner and funds returned to at least Jayspot.

10) ALEXA THE TOP stated 9MM received $5,000 via egold to which 9MM denies this saying he has no egold account yet evidence shows on namepros he uses an egold account. No one addressed receiving the Western Union ( $3,500 ) and when it came to the HUGE escrow payment of $XXX,XXX the finger pointing began between ALEXA and 9MM. Each states the other received the funds, escrow password changes and changing out bank addresses at the last moment and so forth. Who exactly received the funds will now become a legal matter to determine. ( All the best Jayspot )

11) What we do know is 9MM confesses to shopping around a few names on ALEXA's behalf and receiving ****ed.com as a commission which he tried to trade to a member here ( see #4 ) . He also confesses to knowing of the whole plot yet failed to mention it to anyone. Deciding rather to profit himself. This is where it gets interesting. 9MM down plays his part and ALEXA posts their IM conversation early in this thread showing 9MM was very aware and very involved of the whole situation.

12) At this point ALEXA is clearly not going to cooperate with returning the funds to Jayspot nor is 9MM. The names to my knowledge are starting to be recovered and members here are working with the real owner. 9MM is poked for more information, it is futile as he claims to be just 16, have no phone and never got a penny.

13) More information continues to leak out slowly from members to myself. It is now appearing 9MM was involved more and was brokering even MORE names and went so far as to hand over passwords and was exchanging emails with these members via the real owners email address ( admin ). Further showing he has not told the whole truth and has alot of access and control himself.

P.S. Alot of filler in this thread that is here nor there, the above is basically what has occured and what needs to be done next clearly is a legal and criminal mater. I was hoping Jayspot would simply be returned his money but that looks like a long shot. The real owner seems to be getting things back, maybe he can update where he is at with it all. At least there is two bodies the RCMP ( law enforcement ) here in Canada can get their hands on. I may have missed a few details but did the best I can .

UPDATE

Just received contact and some good news for Jayspot. Ehsan has explained to me the funds were put into his account without his knowledge and then asked to have the funds. He explained it was an old customer who gave out his account info, that is how he knew the people involved I imagine. He is happy to return the $5,000 to the rightful person, in this case Jayspot. So jayspot please check your PM's I will forward you his message and you can give him the info he needs to return the money.

I wonder what's the penalty for theft in Iran these days... Maybe that's where the "Iranian Hacker" should be sent? Along with his accomplices...

The "Iranian Hacker", the "16 year old 6 figure domain broker without a telephone", Ehsan's "account being used by an old client". What a load of sh!t. Whoever is behind this [and it's very likely 9MM] has to be laughing his arse off at how gullible some people here are being. What's next, the funds were transferred to Kim Jong-il, and a member of the Beach Boys?

People here are worried about 9MM committing suicide, give a me a freakin break. This guy is so full of sh!t, if he sneezed he could fertilize a patch of concrete.

well i believe his story, and it doesnt make him innocent at all, he has been greedy for brokering stolen domains, i think hes just a (naive) 16yo canadian fellow, and he'll have to face whatever will follow, and thats his own fault.
story ends here IMO

Maybe, but what is a MINOR doing getting domains worth xxx,xxx or more in a major scam involving major PORN domains, and that one name he "got as payment" being F*CKED.com? That just sounds wierd!

Great post Gerry. gonna send you some irish four leaf clover over

btw, for the email in whois, is it definitely safer using a email account you set up through your own hosting?
so a webmail account? is that harder for them to hack?
cheers

So they hand out credit cards to 16 year old Canadians, and if not, how does he renew a domain name? How does a 16 year old have the financial infrastructure in place to handle a 5,000 USD transaction, let alone buy the "LLL.com's" he's seeking in his forum signature? Is he using a parents credit card, a stolen credit card, a PayPal account?

It's all bullsh!t. If anyone here believes a word 9MM posts here, then do say hi to Michael for me on your way through Fantasia.
