some of them, such as Mary.com and fiction.com and probably others have been returned to their rightful owners. Others are still in the names of the new buyers.

Sometimes domain names change hands twice in one day. Do you have a database tracking every domain name transaction Brujah?

Are you the domain name police? If you are, you're doing a lousy job.

i remember from business law back in my school days that if you purchase an item that was stolen and the item gets traced to you, it can get taken away and you can sue the guy who sold it to you if you can find him.
U may want to post in the legal Issues forum for a legeleze explanation.

Yes it bothers me. You're saying that a domain name that I own is stolen without offering any proof whatsoever and you dig up an old thread just to tack on a few more names, one of which is mine.

Say you belong to a church and I send out a flyer that informs members of the church that the car you bought and sporting around in was stolen.
I don't have any proof the car was stolen but what the hey, I want to stir up some shit.

How would you like those apples?

If someone is selling 3 cars. Two of which were determined to be stolen, it's not that much of a stretch to assume the 3rd was also. Does that prove it was ? No.

Regardless, I quoted a previous thread. I did a search to find it, to see what the status was. I wanted to follow-up on it.

You're the admin. If you don't like it, delete it.

There you go again. Where is your proof on the two?

Notice any similarities?
:D

The IPs of the DNS are bogus, BTW.

Both domains with NetSol.

Both domains were offered for sale on eBay:

guy's name was already mentioned I thought. Wasn't it John Biondo in California or something---I think it was RJ or Tippy or somebody that already fingered him.

Looks too there is a link with FMA.com in this theft ring...

first of all, the name John Biondo is almost certainly an alias of the thief. Not his real name.

RacerX your comments border on libel. FMA.com, aka Elequa, may have accidentally purchased stolen domains but he is certainly not "a link in the theft ring". My dealings with Elequa have shown him to be absolutely honest.

Someone really smart thinks Ilin is a false name, but John Biondo is a real name because his name is in the phone book and lives in Californai.

by the way, it does seem like Greg gets bothered fairly easy--I guess because he controls this format that he pulled off a thread by someone who said he use of www.jets.com was Use in Bad Faith or something like that. It seems like it is not good to get Greg mad.

Can you get in trouble by using a domain like www.jets.com to sell football stuff if you are not associated wiht the NFL team?

Idiots do bother me. What thread was "pulled off"?

What does "pulled off" mean?

Is it this thread you are talking about?

I guess you're right, I shouldn't reply to statements made by idiots.
