Chicken.I'm sitting back again
thanks.
You bring up some good points.
Stock market (I've been in...lost, in again...won).
Real Estate (Never lost...made tremendous ROI).
Education (Never lost).
Domains (On annual basis, never lost)
Fine Art (never lost)
Antiques (never lost)
If you risk all, then all is at risk.
So why risk all?
Aron, I know what you are capable of and doing and making. We've been communicating for a couple or three years now long before I ever joined a forum.
We've been passing back ideas and posing questions and what if scenarios.
It is all about education, monitoring markets, trends, and making informed decisions. We both know that.
Just like many on this forum and other places, we don't show our hand to everyone. But it is still education and researching and making informed decisions. It is a never ending process.
To approach something blindly, whether for or against, is very high risk.
I have all the confidence that you made a wise decision and purchase. Whether you are the end user or not.
Rock on!
