IMO i think he needs a straight BAN, 20 accounts at namepros, negative feedback all over the place, Making a contest and giving false hopes to other fellow DNF'ERS which have spent there time on a clown like clown :). I mean the main thing to point at is the 20 accounts at NP, this just shows how consistant this guy really is, not just creating multiple accounts, but having 20 fresh chances to get acquire himself some respect and also trust off other doaming memebers, this in evidence clearly shows that clown has no intention to sticking to the rules no matter where he goes, he has left a trail of disruption and also bad vibes on this forum and elsewhere. I have been a DNF member since the begginng of 2005 (Although this is a new account because my other was hacked!!). and i must say dnf has changed a lot since 2005, not just the way people go about business and also the bickering and scamming n00bs on here, but also the way the staff controls the forum, not the admin's i think its the MODS(A small minority) but i wont say who.

Not banning the clown and other members like him would basically put the following title (Name for dnforum)..... * DNforum.com Professional domain forums, sell your websites and domains, and also get scammed even though you pay good money for registering, but we will allow scammers and n00bs to spoil what you do!". IMO i feel as if dnforum is on a slow and painfull decline in terms of traffic and also sells that actually go through. I mean what happened to developed websites, i remember back in 2005 there was like 100-200 members browsing the forums, now all i see is guests, i bet ya if the admin's was to look at the amount of IDLE accounts/usernames here, i bet theres a dramatic drop since around 2004/2005.

IMO i hope people like this give up! and get banned:) As for the user getting the Negative feedback, i feel for you mate. It happened to me to 3 days ago, and mine was removed instantly, which is what i dont understand :S because they should do this for you, either the mods are beging ignorant, i dont really know but either way your entitled to a full explantion, afterall when we do something wrong, we soon get a PM with an infraction warning and link to thr FAQ/rules. lol

I love dnforum and i like some of the members here, i for one have had some bad experiences personally over the past few weeks, some members have been very supportive especially BILLBO and Jarrad, although some have been very horrible, but i choose to ignore now, because a lot of people "Enjoy this type of stuff" They like the attention and gaining attention and a thrill out of other people's misfortunes.

This may be a clearcut reason why auction formats should be transparent, no PM's, and start and end times clearly stated.

Bidding against phantom bidders is such a waste and the "BIN to be determined" is poor cloaking for "I have no clue what this is worth and I don't want to sell it to cheap".

Perpetual auctions suck and usually end up with no sale. I guess if you leave the auction going for a few years you may get the price you wanted with inflationary adjustment.

Seller clearly stated pls offer here ~ do not lowball with pm's which I respect.

Perhaps revising forum auction rules would be helpful.

I guess most people here forget that there's actual money exchanging hands here. Its not just a game of monopoly where you're buying board pieces.

Sales sections should be taken seriously. If you want to ***** and moan, there are plenty of other sections here at DNF.

They way i see it there is no pm accepting the offer. The offer was valid for 20min so after that it is useless. If Tom can provide a response to his counter offer saying ok then he has the right to complain. If he can not the Mods should strike out the the negative feedback. Why does controversy always follow the same person. Tom I am sure you may mean well my friend but all the arguing and name calling does not help your cause.

Guys,

I slept on this, and mulled it over.
Public opinion in such vast quantities cant be wrong, and on this basis I have asked dg's feedback be removed.
I am extremely sorry for my rude, and unproffesional attitude, and apologize for any inconvenience or distress I have caused.
Please see my other thread for more details.
Best of Luck everyone.

That is a very stand-up thing to do and I think you just regained all your respect here on DNF.

Now I think this thread should be removed.

I'd rather do 'business' with a mafia don who didn't trust me to pay up and shot me in the back on the way out .. no 'offense' meant of course ... ;)

Easy to make enemies .. a lot harder to make friends .. bear that in mind

Several feedback ratings removed, please do not abuse the feedback system.

Perhaps revising forum auction rules would be helpful.

We are already revising the auction system.

absolutely right....last time he ran his contest and after not paying for it , he wrote he was sorry but few lines earlier he called DNF members "immature and ignorant"
