Playboy used to have a series of spreads dedicated to College Sports Conferences, like Girls of the SEC, and so on.

As in any new reg, it is all pure speculation. Even though there is State Name + College, you could possibly be in the clear in that manner. But, as we know from past history, nothing is a given.

Took 2 days for the ICM email with a link to register/sign up - then it was usable immediately at GoDaddy. You only need one id regardless of number of domains (it's linked to the registration email).
