I have a name I bought thru Snapnames that is at DotSpeedy.com. I have paid for renewal via paypal, and intended to then transfer out, but name still shows same expiration date and is now in pending delete status.
I have emailed, faxed and phoned DotSpeedy over the last few days with no return response. Any ideas on who I can contact for assitance here. Thanks

A bit of info that might help someone else in similare situation. I called Verisign since is is a .com to see if they could help. They sent me over to internic.net where they basically tell you if you have a problem with a registrar "not retuning calls or emails" to contact the Better Business Bureau. :sigh2:

If your complaint concerns a failure to answer phones or respond to email messages. It is not within ICANN's mission to address any customer-service related matters that fall outside of the Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA). Complaints about a registrar's performance that can not be resolved with a registrar may be addressed by private-sector agencies involved in addressing customer complaints (i.e. The Better Business Bureau at http://www.bbb.org/; The International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network at http://www.icpen.org/). If you believe your complaint concerns an illegal matter contact the appropriate law enforcement agency (which will vary depending on jurisdiction) or you may consult an attorney for legal advice.
