Nice - so Wan buys for $7500 - then sells for $3000 (becuase he defrauded seller and actually got it for nada)

Unreal - and some of you have doubts as to what is the right thing to do?

Sad day ....

Now matter how suspicious the email about Domain P returning the $3k to OPenCG looked, the good news is that OpenCG is out of this.

The stench from his involvement was just too obvious.

If no transaction between open cg and domainp took place and they are distinct persons -- then what are the other possibilities?

The fact that now Opencg is in FAVOR of transferring the name back to Allen is reason to be suspicious of that transfer!

Anything a criminal mind supports is probably on the wrong side of the law.

How about if DotComGod/ DNForum HOLDS the domain until all this is finished being investigated?

No way.

I will give back the domain to Allen Goldberg as soon as he sent me detailed contact info and email to use for the transfer.

I want to get out of this, are 3 days I do not sleep at all.

I felt me scared by the treaths , frustrated by having been so fool th step in in this situation, I have been crying alone in the bathroom late at night to be sure my sons would not see me.

I am not going to step out walking alone to the sunset, I am a 45 year old father of family not Rambo.

I want to give back this domain NOW and write my END to this story.

Thanks

As always, J.Berryhill hits it on the nail with his comment :

"It's all just words on a screen from here."

Sums it up perfectly.

Any assumptions beyond that are pure speculation and just a matter of who you prefer to believe.

Doesn't equal *knowing* the facts though.

I can be down there as needed Attillo - and if you ever get threats from any of these A holes who are crooks - you have a whole line of folks who will do "the right thing".

Like one of the crooks said - you will find out who your real friends are... And that may be the only correct thing he said.

No doubt. domainp & opencg is in my blacklist

domainp,

1. can't make himself cleared from the scam
2. threatening
3. doesn't care if his business is legal

opencg
1. called people names
2. intentionally involved in disputed domain to gain advantage to himself
3. bad business practice
4. may get involved in unlawful business any time
5. obviously lie

LewR, you gain my respect for strongly and openly support Attillo.

2 Things..

Attilio, you did the right thing and should be congratulated....
Get some sleep and be proud you stood up to the punks..

2 J Berryhill seems to have come around from his "attorney speak " and what techinally should have been done to keep Attilo free of any legal actions and he seems to appreciate that ..at least in this instance..taking the moral ground was indeed the better choice for everyone involved..

The rightful owner gets his domain back, Attilo can sleep well and the crooks are wiping the sweat off their brows..

well 2 out 3 aint bad ;)

atillio, you are doing the right thing man, give the domain back to Allen and let him deal with all of this.

For anyone reading this, don't be as stupid as Allen. If you are going to accept $7500 for a domain, make sure the shit clears first.
